2nd Level (Nordic team)
Job Description:
The 2nd Level is responsible for the effectiveness of the coaches and to ensure that the team and individuals are achieving the targets as set by the client. They are also expected to provide technical backup, guidance and coaching and 2nd level support to all 1st Level Agents. They will also be responsible for the assurance that policies and procedures are followed at all times and maintain the high standards of the operations.
Key Responsibility:
Team Motivation
Train employees in the program specific topics
Pro-active improvement of Team Performance
Guide team and individuals in achieving targets
Coaching and mentoring of Team Members
Interviewing of prospective staff
Provide various reports to Clients, Team Leaders and Business Unit manager
Participating in various daily and weekly client conference calls
Ensure an open communication flow between you and 1st Level Agents
Ensuring that various quality standards are exceeded
Key Requirements:
Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
Advanced written and verbal knowledge of English
Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize own work loads
Degree or equivalent qualification in training, psychology or education
Exceptional Interpersonal skills and pro-active approach
Team Player and ability to work to tight targets
Ability to accept responsibility, delegate and act responsibly under pressure
Commitment to providing a first class service, within a service orientated environment
Ability to work without direct supervision
Familiarity with Office applications (Word-processor, Spreadsheet)
Familiarity with computer components and hardware
Knowledge of Network protocols (TCP/IP, routing strategies, etc)
Good trouble shooting skills
