The teams are formed by skilled engineers with different technical backgrounds (system design, software design and verification), and have end-to-end responsibility in feature development i.e. start working with the feasibility studies for the feature, and end when it is delivered to customer problem-free.

We are looking for an engineer with background in testing and verification of WCDMA/GSM/LTE base stations.

The team is assigned to the Mobile Broadband requirement area, focusing on the RBS node of the WCDMA network. Your will be working in different phases (feature development, improve the quality in the maintenance/released track (including customer issues), and improve main track product quality). Examples of feature/areas in Mobile Broadband are Enhanced Uplink Multicarrier and Joint Scheduling.

Qualifications

System Developer background:

• University degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
• Experience from WCDMA/LTE/GSM RBS verification. Experience in the WCDMA HSPA area is a plus.
• Highly developed skills in co-operation and flexibility
• Open to learning and share with others
• Highly developed communication skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Good Agile/Lean skills
• Interest in SW development (C++, UML, RSA RTE etc.) and/or systemization. Actual experience is a plus.
