hela Sverige Application Workstation Manager for Air Liquide
We are currently looking for a manager for the Nordic workstation team situated in Malmö. Today the team consists of two people who are working on an European basis. The mission is to provide state of the art IS/IT services within the processes, rules, standards and security policies set up within Air Liquide.
This team provides services within the European workstation team supporting up to 13.000 users within Europe. Daily tasks deals with application maintenance such as remote acess tool, backup, Encryption, Personal backup and antivirus.
Tasks:
• Set up objectives and evaluates the team performance, follow up and support their professional development
• Take part in every day work within application management and maintenance
• Ensures implementation of standards and methods
• Ensures the quality of his/her team work (documentation, process & IT standards implementation and contribution)
• Continuously improves performance and follows-up improvement plan under the scope of activities and responsibilities
• Ensures projects contribution and technical projects management run smoothly (planning, scope, quality) and provides coordination support when necessary
• The IT Team Leader may manage one or several projects, or technical tracks of application, business or integration projects.
• The IT Team Leader suggests and contributes to the budget construction and follows-up expenses within his/her scope of responsibilities
