We are now looking for a new manager to our Workforce Management team since our current manager will leave us for new challenges.
As a WFM manager you are over all responsible for the team and the business.

Your responsibilities will be scheduling, real time management, forecasting and routing of customer errands. You will be part of CS Operation Nordic management team and the manager of eight employees. Main tasks will be:

• Predicting customer based volumes

• Planning of resources to be able to meet End-User and Client requirements

• Setting targets and follow up on results

• Coaching team members on how to reach targets

• Be a role model in close leadership

• Communicate CSNO and Vattenfall vision, mission and strategy

• Perform managerial tasks as negotiations/meetings with unions, accounting, salary approval, performance reviews etc

• Contribute to the development of Customer Service

About you

You have at least a bachelor degree and minimum3 year of experience as a manager. You have relevant experience of working with Genesys or similar systems. Knowledge of situational leadership is preferable. You have experience of serving customers and a background within industry or within sales it is seen as an advantage. You are a performance oriented person with high coaching skills. You have high analytical skills and a high integrity. Further you are task oriented and also able to work and communicate on a high level.
