Web Communication Specialist at CellaVision
The Marketing team at CellaVision is growing and we are currently looking for a multi-talented marketing specialist. The main goal of the Web Communication Specialist is to raise brand awareness for CellaVision. Key tasks are to research, plan, develop and implement CellaVision's s web content. In addition, you will provide digital media support to our Sales organizations as well as support the Marketing Communication team on traditional marketing projects where needed.
You will be part of our Marketing team, which serves as the public voice of the company, creating campaigns that lead to positive brand awareness and delivering a cohesive company message across all channels. The team currently consists of 3 team members, and you will work in close collaboration with the Brand Communication Manager and Marketing Communication Manager and report to the Director Marketing.
Key tasks as Web Communication Specialist
• Create digital marketing material, web campaigns, social media ads, and video media
• Strengthen our digital presence by posting relevant and engaging content on our website and marketing platforms
• In charge of tracking, reporting, and improving marketing communication performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional experts to produce effective promotional material
• Support our local sales offices with digital marketing-related content for their sites, events, and campaigns
• Create and distribute traditional marketing material, such as ad campaigns, sales presentations, product sheets
• Assist in the planning and execution of international events, exhibitions, and congresses
• Support the Marketing Communication Manager and Brand Communication Manager

Who are you?
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or Journalism
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the field of Marketing & Communications in a global setting
• Understanding of how to transform news and events into attention-grabbing campaigns
• Excellent understanding of how to use integrated communication marketing to increase the visibility, profile, and reputation of CellaVision
• Excellent English skills, written and spoken
• Experience in working with social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and understanding of the relevant content for those platforms
• Experienced in working hands-on with Adobe creative suite (Primarily Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop)
• Experience in using marketing automation platforms
• Hands-on experience in using content management platforms for web publication
Nice to have
Hands-on experience in video production and photography is an advantage
We believe you are creative graphically, have excellent written communicative skills, and can express yourself through a combination of good grammar and arresting visuals. You are well-organized, capable of managing projects and delivering results under time pressure. We believe you have a strategic mindset and understand how to raise brand awareness by identifying and reaching relevant target groups. Finally, you are self-driven and take great responsibility for your work.
