Being data-driven is at the core of our brand and we are now investing heavily in our data and analytics capabilities. We are offering an opportunity for a motivated, analytically-minded web data enthusiast to join our Stockholm-based Data Analytics team, reporting into our Data Analytics Manager.

You will be an integral part of helping Kambi reach the growth targets set up for the coming years by maximizing the value of our frontend data, contributing to raising the data maturity of the business and driving insight-led decision making. Responsibilities:

• Applying your technical skills to our internal data to provide stakeholders with impactful, actionable insights that drive business decisions
• Identify opportunities where data and analysis can make a positive impact
• Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, primarily the Product Development function, to understand their goals and requirements
• Advise on design and definition of company-wide metrics
• Responsible for analysing users' behaviour & engagement on the website
• Contribute to internal and external process optimisation, collaborating with stakeholders
• Collaborate with other intelligence and research departments across the business to deliver holistic solutions

Skills and experience:

• 3+ years' previous experience working in a similar role
• Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
• Knowledge of tag management tools (Google Tag Manager)
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Data Studio, Looker, etc,)
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel for data manipulation
• Experience working closely with stakeholders, translating their requirements into actions
• Experience with A/B testing and Personalisation is a plus
• Experience of delivering independent and collaborative research projects is a plus
• Experience working with massive data sets and tools to deal with them (BigQuery/AWS etc,) is a significant plus

We believe that you have:

• Degree from an analytical field, such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, business etc., or projects that can demonstrate your actional insights have made impact on business decisions
• High proficiency in English
• A good storyteller with strong business acumen
• An analytical mind and a passion for application of data
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with both business and technical minded colleagues
• Positive attitude towards challenges and proactively solving problems
• Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and tools
