We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who has experience driving customer acquisition for a digital B2C product. You will join our clients team at the time they're setting themselves up for growth. Their product is launched, tested and validated by their users and they're now looking to scale. This is an amazing opportunity if you wish to grow your career as a digital marketer while helping to build and scale our acquisition channels and impacting our growth strategy. This position is based in Stockholm and will report to the CEO of our client. This is your chance to work for an InsurTech startup company during the initial growth phase. You will have an amazing opportunity to impact the strategy and growth of the company and also grow in your profession as a digital marketer. They're a small tight team that value teamwork over individual performance. Who you are is more important than what you know.

• Be obsessed with the customer - gather customer insights to identify how to market to them

• Co-create their digital marketing strategy

• Accomplish user acquisition and retention objectives by focusing on the strategy from end-to-end - from strategy to execution to measurement of marketing efforts.

• Execute their marketing efforts - social, SEO/SEM, direct mail, influencers, etc.

• Deliver robust, growth/performance-oriented reporting across all marketing channels.

• Participate in community and industry events with the aim to build a network and keep up to date with trends, competitors and contribute with a drive to explore and execute new means of digital marketing.

• Work closely with their product team to ensure they deliver a first-class customer experience.

• Experienced with all aspects of digital marketing - with a minimum of +3 years hands-on work with SEM, SEO and Social Media in Sweden.

• Outstanding in written and oral communication

• In love with data, growth models and the insights it can give you, and you consider yourself highly analytical.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple unknowns.

• Probably currently working in a tech startup, growth-stage company or agency

• Good understanding in Swedish and English.
