Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.

A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required. In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team. Previous experience in a sales-related role is a plus.

Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Account management, sales and SDR that includes hiring, training, and providing professional development for teams
Setting weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals and KPIs based on the team's performance to date.
Working with the CCO on the sales strategy and ensuring its execution.
Evaluating all aspects that generate new business while maintaining client relationships.
Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
Build and manage customers relationships within the iGaming niche
Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Defining process improvement initiatives to support the scalability of sales teamwork
Business trips twice per quarter at least.

Sales Manager Requirements:
2+ years of proven leadership record in the sales department with overachieving a quota
3+ years experience in the iGaming niche
5+ years experience in sales
knowledge of the iGaming vertical and the customer: PP, OP, GD
leadership skills working with high overachievers
fluent in English and Ukrainian languages
technical background, bachelor's or master's degree
certifications from Jira, Confluence and VMware, or other cloud solutions
Experience with SalesForce
Strong understanding of B2B sales, processes, and methodologie
