Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end Demand Planning (1-2 Years) and Long Term Volume forecast (1-5 years)
Partner closely with Sales, Finance and TTI to optimize and execute on agreed volume plans
Translate data into insights that drive revenue growth, improved margin and inventory optimization
Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy
Oversee scenario planning, what-if analysis and risk/opportunity assessments to support decision making
Establish standardized KPI's and dashboards
Business owner of Demand Planning tools and process
Secure data quality, governance and integration for usage across the company
Lead and drive transformation initiatives in the field of volume planning, including the digital transformation
Be an inclusive leader and develop a high performing team
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and innovation
Requested Qualifications (both critical competencies and crucial behaviors)
Master's degree and/or extensive experience in the field of Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics or Supply Chain Management
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in developing and motivating high-performing teams
Demonstrated strategic mindset with the ability to understand long term business needs and proactively shape roadmaps that supports business growth
Strong collaboration skills, with experience in collaborating across Sales, Finance, Operations and Digit to drive aligned strategies
Skilled in presenting analytical insights into clear and actionable recommendations
Experience in leading transformations including process redesign, system implementations and change management initiatives
Excellent communication, influence and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
Result oriented mindset with a history of driving measurable improvements in forecast accuracy and inventory levels
Customer first mindset
