We are now looking for a Vice President - Marketing. In this position you will be a key player in further developing marketing and sales within MRS, and thereby constantly increasing customer satisfaction and the growth of the division.
The over all targets for the VP - Marketing are:
• Increase market and customer share for MRS products and services
• Increase profitability on service and spare parts
• Increase recurrent sales of capital equipment
• Enhance relations with all our customers.
To achieve this your work tasks consist of, amongst other things:
• Develop a constant stream of easy to sell Part &Services products, collected and visualised in the MRS Product Portfolio, with a focus on creating long-term relationships. This includes agreements like ROC CARE, COP CARE, DRILL CARE, CRUSH CARE, etc. The service ladder is to be used as the base for this strategy.
• Develop state-of-art marketing communications, including the use of innovative ways to communicate - including via videos, interactive programs and marketing material, etc.
• Collect and visualise market intelligence, so that MRS can continuously build up competence on how to fulfil its strategies - in the areas of pricing, market and customer share, plus competition analysis.
• Create a culture within the Marketing team of MRS based on "our promises", to facilitate our actions to increase customer satisfaction.
• Create, develop and implement the MRS identity at our Hubs and Customer Centers ("CCs").
• Develop the role of the Regional Business Managers ("RBMs") to be very clear to every stakeholder in Hubs, Product Companies and CCs.
• Ensure that our spare parts are competitive in price and that missing price information is given swiftly to CCs.
• Secure feed back to MRS on how we are performing, including responsibility forNPS coordination. This includes also our quarterly targeted survey to Business Line Managers for capital divisions within the MR business area.
• Ensure that we deliver a service offer with every capital equipment quote and that we - that is, Atlas Copco MRS, including CCs - visit each equipment at least once per year.
• Participate in and contribute to the MRS Management team, to ensure divisional targets and goals are set and met.
• Support the acquisition processes for MRS and capital divisions.
• Identify acquisition targets and investments.
MRS operates via a decentralised structure and, as a result, this position will require regular international travel.
You are a part of the Divisional Management team, and report directly to the President of the division.
Education
We believe that you have a university degree, or equivalent, in business administration, Engineering or a similar, relevant field.
Experience
You have established senior manager credentials, including a track-record of achieving results and developing business within a marketing/sales function, or as a business manager with a clear marketing/sales content.
Personality
We believe you have a good part of the following characteristics:
• Practical understanding of marketing and sales management
• Results-oriented
• Self-propelled and take initiative
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good in visualising your message to others.

Örebro is Sweden's seventh biggest city, with around 130,000 inhabitants. It is located in the center of Sweden, population-wise - 2 hours to the east coast (including Stockholm); 3 hours to the west coast. There is a good infrastructure and facilities, and virtually no traffic - so the quality of life is high. There is an established and growing international community.
