About the job You will have the responsibility for the domain (Business and IT) architecture for the Controlling & Steering Agile Value Stream which includes processes such as Group Consolidation, Management Reporting, Profitability, Cost and Revenue Allocations, Forecasting and Pricing. Stakeholders are mainly Group Finance and Group Financial & Business Steering.

You are reporting directly to the CPO (Chief Product Owner) of Controlling & Steering and you are a part of the management team as well as the BIO Group Functions architecture team.

This area in Swedbank is in the middle of an exciting and interesting transformation and many of the Group solutions are yet to be drawn. You will have a key position in this transformation and many possibilities to impact the future architecture within the area.

In your job, you will ensure that the solutions are compatible, maintainable and that they meet business best practice. A key task will be to challenge and avoid Swedbank specific (local) solutions. You will work with a range of people in business and IT and you will lead and facilitate development of artefacts. We expect you to be confident in guiding business toward a defined future state.

Responsibilities and tasks are:

Drive and draw architecture development within the domain
Contribute to overall Business Domain Architecture
Analyse existing Business Architecture of the Business Domain, identify needs for improvement, and propose conceptual solutions, which are best aligned with the existing technical capabilities, to meet those needs. Ensure architectural compliance in relation to target architecture and group principles
Participate in Group Functions architect forum

What you need to succeed Experience of architectural work
Extensive knowledge and experience of the Finance and Financial Steering area and solutions for Group Consolidation, Forecasting and Profitability
Great conceptualization, modelling and visualization skills
Experience in dealing with external suppliers
Good written and verbal communication and good presentation skills
Knowledge and experience in business processes design, modelling and improvement would be advantage
Excellent ability to document in English
