CEVT is an innovation centre for the future cars of the Geely Group with the purpose of being at the forefront of new developments in the automotive industry. Since 2013 CEVT has grown rapidly and now keeps some 2000 people busy. China Euro Vehicle Technology AB is a subsidiary of Zhejiang Geely Holding Group.

Project support is a department within the unit Powertrain Program Management. We are a diverse team working in a multicultural environment. The department consists of different functions; all with the task to drive and support transmission projects and to support line management in change request process and after sales/quality related questions.
Your daily task would consists of leading the development work within the project and to secure that we meet the project targets. You will lead project meetings and participate in various meetings to ensure progress and provide status reports. This role will support mainly the transmission project

Responsibilities and tasks
Responsible to drive and align projects, in close cooperation with Geely powertrain research institute.
To secure that the project meets the targets
Create and communicate overall timing and deliverables during the project phases.
Lead and solve complex project issues.

Profile and Background

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or equivalent
Technical experience in the field of Transmission.
At least five years of experience of project management in the automotive industry
Leadership skills with ability to inspire, drive and motivate people
Ability to build high performing and diverse team with a strong team spirit
Cultural awareness and interest in diversity
Strong personal drive and motivation with ability to take initiative and drive issues
Flexible mindset with ability to lead change and development and take decisions
Analytical mindset to handle complex problems and to be solution oriented
Ability to communicate clearly with excellent presentation skills
Fluent in English, spoken and written.
