Dina arbetsuppgifter
As the Unit Manager at Thin Film you will have the responsibility for a team of five colleagues. Within the organization, the work form is project oriented. Your task as Unit manager will mainly be focused around creating and developing an environment for your team in order to accomplish these project goals. Projects are for example within the area of development of test systems, PCB-design (analog and digital) and product development based on our own bespoke ASIC's.

Except being an exciting role as a manager of the team, you will also have an operational responsibility. Through this you will be able to contribute to your unit by reviewing work as well as taking part in discussions to solve technical problems.

Another responsibility that needs your attention in this role will also be to take part in internal and external projects, to ensure that these are successful and reported by dead line.
For the right person this is a challenging and developing role in an exciting and growing company.

Vem är du?
You have at least a Master Science degree in electrical or software engineering. We believe that you have at least 5 years of relevant experience from electrical engineering and/or programming. You have earlier experience as a manager or a project leader and also have relevant technical competence to be able to contribute in discussions regarding the electrical engineering area.
You have great skills in leading other people and how to accomplish defined goals. You have good skills in communicating and are adaptive to changes.
