The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.

• Great communication skills and ability to work via Microsoft Teams
• Agile way of working

• Experienced Java developer

About the position
• Work as a Java backend developer
• The team will be a cross-functional in its nature and cover areas as design, test execution and deployment. The team's initial task will be to work with product connectivity.
• When the team is fully staffed the team should cover experience in both front-end and back-end, however the back-end part is the main part of team deliveries.
• Team members will have a great opportunity to further develop their skills as full-stack developers in an assignment aiming to connect/bring together different products sharing the same goal.
• team members can work distributed from any part of the world.
