• Securing an effective process for configuration management
• Making sure that process is supported by relevant tools.
• Govern the configuration management process and make sure it is followed
• Making sure that relevant configuration management plans exist and are updated
• Continuously reviewing efficiency/quality and improving the processes
• Support team members in resolving issue in the processes

Education/training
Our rolls requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all rolls, mostly more.
Required experience for this roll:
• Excellent knowledge of software development configuration and change management
• Experience in configuration and change management methods and tools like GIT, Clearcase/Clearquest.
• Good knowledge of general IT concepts e.g. standards, infrastructure and platforms, frameworks and development methods.
• The patience and skills to easily learn new tools and adapting them to the needs
• The ability to handle a changing environment and high workload.
• Good people skills in order to coach and guide developers to ensure that processes, policies and guidelines are being followed.

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment
