Qliro is looking for a dedicated Treasury Analyst to join the Treasury team. Qliro's Treasury team is a key part of the financial management and acts as the first line of defense in ensuring the company's financial risks and funding position. We offer you a great opportunity to join us in an exciting and rapidly changing industry, giving you the chance to grow within an expansive Fintech company under the supervision of the Swedish FSA.
Your primary responsibility is to work with liquidity and funding. You'll also have plenty of opportunity to work with capital planning and be involved in COREP reporting including LCR, NSFR, Own funds, ALMM, Asset Encumbrance and Large exposures. In this role you will work closely together with the other members in the treasury team but also with other colleagues in accounting & reporting and internal Risk Control. The role is based in Stockholm and will report to Head of Treasury. Together we create WOW in everything we do!
What you'll do:
• Take an active role in investments in the liquidity buffer as well as the funding of Qliro.
• Be involved in treasury related financial risk management such as liquidity risk, FX risk, Interest risk, and refinancing risk
• Provide support to bank relationships both with relationship banks and potential debt capital markets transactions
• Monthly follow up of financing, cash flow and capital adequacy, including the preparation of first line daily risk reporting and management reporting packages.
• Build models/templates, processes and instructions for COREP reporting
• Being the owner of the logic of these treasury related COREP reports while working with other colleagues in Accounting & Reporting and Internal Risk Control during the reporting process.
• Be a corner stone in the annual ICLAAP process
• Balance sheet forecasting and capital planning as well as forecasting key risk indicators and ratios.
• Be an expert in the Capital Requirements Regulation (EU) 575/2013
We believe you have:
• 2-5 years' work experience within treasury/finance, preferably in a FSA regulated entity, or an equivalent consultancy background.
• Experience working with 1) COREP reporting and/or 2) balance sheet forecasting and capital planning in a FSA regulated context.
• Experiences working with ICLAAP.
• Experiences with bank negotiations and funding, preferably secured funding, is a plus.
• Excellent skills in building Excel models and templates.
• Experiences with building and improving processes.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent.
• Fluent Swedish and English communication both written and spoken is required
