We are now looking for a confident, professional and motivated Transition and Transformation Manager,IT IS Nordics to effectively facilitate the large account team from transition and transformation perspective. The primary working location is Stockholm, but the role requires willingness to travel within Europe and India
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To support the large account team during new proposal submissions
To support the Transition and migration team to setup the governance during the initial stage
To support the Transition and transformation teams during the execution phase
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Degree and 20 + year of experience
Experience in Program Management, Consulting, Solution & Delivery
Knowledge of Operational Excellence, New business framework, Resource Management
Experience in Business Process implementation and Management
