Job description
We at Company Control Sweden are now looking for a passionate, driven and motivated Transfer Pricing Compliance Officer to join our team in Gothenburg. If you enjoy working in an international, flexible environment you could be the one we are looking for!

Accounting & Company Control (ACC) is the accounting department within the Volvo Group. We supply the Volvo group with key competence within accounting and we are responsible for financial compliance in all legal entities. Based on the financial information provided by us the business can take strategic decisions.
ACC secures financial compliance in all legal entities in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders through the ACC responsible and the Chief Accountant roles. ACC also manages the local tax administration and local treasury related tasks in accordance with directions and approvals from Corporate Functions. ACC reviews the legal entity finance and is proactive regarding risk management while securing adherence to Volvo Group Policies, directives and instructions.

Responsibilities
The jobholder will be in charge of Transfer Pricing Compliance activities mainly for Swedish entities part of the Volvo Group. The responsibilities will cover a wide range of transfer pricing related matters and require interaction with various departments within the Volvo Group, including but not limited to the following activities:*Contribute in meetings with Group Tax and Global ACC Transfer Pricing specialist and implement decisions locally in a timely manner. Initiate revision of intragroup prices if needed
• Participate in the set-up of new business flows or changes of existing flows which includes analyzing pricing principle and drafting of intragroup agreements
• Actively drive development of the TP reporting, to ensure high quality and full alignment with relevant Volvo Group policies and directives
• Monitor and support the process of TP calculation review and reconciliation with local statutory accounts
• Researching transfer pricing and cross-functional tax issues as well as drafting annual documentation

Candidate profile*Minimum education level is Bachelor Degree
• Good knowledge and experience of transfer pricing, financial reporting and accounting
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, additional languages is a plus
• Knowledge and understanding of Volvo Group business set-up
• Able to build relationships and create a network with relevant stakeholders
• Able to handle deadlines with proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Have an analytical mindset
• Pro-active and solution oriented with good team-player skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
