hela Sverige We are looking for pedagogical talents in the field of IT. Would you like to give a training experience of the highest quality? Then this position is tailor made for you. Our client is a world leader in delivering SAM solutions and they are currently looking for a Training Manager.
What you 'll be doing
1. You will be delivering our scheduled training courses for certification of Snow product portfolio to our customers and partners in the North Eastern Europe (NEE) region ensuring that the training experience is of the highest quality. Courses can also be conducted as tailor-made training courses on-site at customers, combining Snow product portfolio with consulting on best practices and SAM processes.
2. You will act as portfolio owner for the NEE region training services portfolio which includes responsibilities such as,
* Consolidation of regional IP to support the training offering (guidelines, templates, checklists, etc.)
* Development of the regional training service offering including go-to-market (training offering descriptions and supporting
material to form basis for production of marketing material)
* Identification and coordination of the need for knowledge transfer to:
- Professional Services and Support
- Sales and Partner Team
- Snow Partners
3. Maintenance of training material as well as developing new training concepts for Snow NEE region is included in this role. You will contribute to internal knowledge, expansion and continuous improvement of educational concepts in the region.
The role is a dynamic and challenging opportunity that complements and extends the strengths of Snow product portfolio. Snow is looking for candidates that are detail minded and solution oriented, but who also understand how to expeditiously move a customer through to the scoped outcome. Although training is the focal area for this position there are great opportunities to combine work and personal growth towards a consulting role in the field of Software Asset Management. You will also be part of the Snow global training team.
What we require from you
* Minimum 5 years industry experience of the IT-industry
* Excellent pedagogical and oral/graphical communication skills with proven track record in conducting successful classroom
training, workshops and presentations
* Genuine interest of communication and interaction with audiences
* Ability to communicate complex ideas efficiently and effectively, both verbally and in writing
* Ability to identify and adapt to different communication styles
* Strong licensing knowledge for Microsoft, Symantec, Adobe, etc.
* Some knowledge and experience of Software Asset Management
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Enjoy working in a High Energy, fast paced environment
* Agility and flexibility within the working environment
* Used to working towards strict deadlines
* English and Swedish spoken and written fluently
* Ability to travel
Technical skills
* Familiarity with IIS, Microsoft Operating Systems both server and client
* Understanding of Networks, hardware, standards and protocols
* Familiarity with SAM standards or frameworks (e.g. ISO 19770-X)
* Familiarity with various IT management / governance frameworks such as ITIL, MOF, COBIT, etc.
