We are now looking for a team member to join a new business unit; IBU. In this team you will be responsible to drive the full local marketing support.
As a Trade Marketing Lead you will:
• Create go-to-market plans through a full understanding of channel, priorities, competitive & trade partners dynamics, and translating insights in to actionable plans
• Translate marketing strategies (brand initiatives and launch plans) into customized marketing plans by channel/account and market )
• Define & execute local Merchandising & Demo Plans in market
• Create concept and prepare sell in/sell out offers and trade partner promotions. Deploy and monitor.
• Translate & execute go-to-market plans to deliver in line with market growth plan.
• Advice assortment, distribution, display, pricing, promotion at Trade Partner level.
• Within regional guidelines, define product assortment and prices/value chains at TP?s level.
• Localize all creative brand content, i.e. catalogs, POS, etc
• Plan PR activities and manage relationships with local journalists/stakeholders including award strategy
• Develop and execute showroom and fair concepts and design
• Efficient and effective budget mgmt
• Prepare training material and personally train different audiences
Desired Skills and Experience
• Master degree, ideally in Business, Management, Marketing, Economic
• 2-3 years of Sales or Marketing accountability in an international company, in dealing with electronic retailer / key account management
• Driven mindset & Ownership
• International Exposure
• Strong communication & excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task well and work cross functionally with other team members
• A professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to be a team player
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office: especially Excel and PowerPoint,
• Business acumen
• English fluent + one Nordic Language
• Driving license
