hela Sverige As Trade Compliance Adviser you will be part of the Trade Compliance Export Control Operations unit with below responsibility:
Eliminating Trade Compliance risks in the company Ericsson's business operations.
Applying the Trade Compliance requirements on business and operational models.
Ensuring Trade Compliance in sales, export and transfer of HW, SW, services and technology.
Working with reviewing and approval of sales opportunities to markets under EU & US sanctions and Ensuring Legal Entity Enhanced Screening (LEES).
Advising and guide Market Areas in Trade Compliance matters.
Validating and securing export license applications and prepare documents towards Swedish and other authorities (Ericsson AB products).

Main responsibilities & tasks:
Ensuring trade compliance in Ericsson, including license management and contract compliance
Ensuring Legal Entity Enhanced Screening (LEES): Analyzing the entities identified for a deeper (enhanced) Legal Entity Screening. Presenting the analysis in a regular decision forum. Archiving the analysis report, background data and decision.
Working with reviewing of sales opportunities in Salesforce to markets under EU & US sanctions. The review includes Screening of the customer's ownership structure, Products and services included in the opportunity, Currency used in contract and payments, Involvement of US vendors.
Ensuring TC in all applicable process areas (e.g. Service Delivery, Sales, Sourcing, Supply)
Exercising trade compliance expertise to define which authorizations are required for different types of contracts, agreements, financial set-ups, and contractual terms and conditions
Providing Trade Compliance Operations advice on Contracts, Free Trade Agreements and supply chain, etc.

Qualifications:
Relevant university degree
Work experience in the area of Trade Compliance
Background in the area of Contract Management (terms and conditions), Sales, Product portfolio, Supply chain management or Sourcing agreements (terms and conditions)
Project Management experience
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English, and preferable also in Swedish
