WHO YOU ARE
HEJ! My name is Anders Gerhardson and I am looking for a Total Rewards Leader to join our global team in Malmö. If you are a senior leader within the field of Total Rewards, I have the perfect challenge and opportunity for you to grow even more. We are investing heavily to transform the IKEA retail business into a digital era to reach even more of the many people, and our function is no exception. Among many interesting things, you will together with three other Total Rewards Leaders drive the development of our Total Rewards offer from a global perspective together with our Total Rewards team and colleagues in 30 countries.

About you
Since you will work together with our countries in this area, we believe you have existing experience leading Total Rewards topics today. To be successful in the role, we see that you have a minimum of 10 years of HR experience and credibility built through seniority and competence in the field. If you have a background from leading digital Total Rewards related implementations in a tech-oriented business, it is a clear advantage.

As the scope covers a broad spectra, you are likely to have a background within Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, Labour law, tax regulations and the compliance area. If not all we expect you to be well experienced in at least a few. Your problem solving skills together with experience in leading cross-functional HR teams will ensure that we have a strong focus on service and performance delivery.

As a person you are dedicated to a great co-worker experience through relevant Total Rewards Systems and you are passionate about following the global development within the area. We believe you are someone who naturally take a clear standpoint without delay and understand the importance of creating strong networks and building trustful relationships to inspire others. Your natural ability to empower, coach & influence using content credibility, strong consultation and facilitation skills has been a success factor throughout your previous work. And most importantly, you get energy from working with other cultures and in a flat organisation to bring success!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In the role as Total Rewards Leader you will initiate and lead the work of continuously developing global Total Rewards offer, with the main focus to effectively support the Ingka Digital organisation to attract and retain key talent. You will be responsible to define strategies connected to Rewards, Performance Management and Competency framework. Your daily work, with inspiration and cost efficiency on top of mind, will consist of bringing people together and build trust among our co-workers and business leaders.

By always living our values in the everyday you demonstrate through your behaviours how important togetherness and collaboration is to reach our business objectives. The scope will cover the entire Total Rewards spectra and your assignment will include, but not be limited to;

• Take lead in creating, implementing, maintaining and continuously developing content areas/approaches within the Total Reward strategy.
• Collect, analyse and utilize relevant business intelligence in the Total Rewards field to stay industry-competitive and implementing changes when appropriate.
• Explore and initiate development of digital tools and systems that can support an efficient, accurate and high quality Total Rewards process.
• Ensure that all our countries/Group Functions are in line with the mandated ways of working to secure quality, consistency and where appropriate compliance, in the execution of our Total Rewards framework and policies.
