Good know how of textile fabrics and its manufacturing process.
Must have technical know how of the fabrics for quality assurance.
Must have good managerial qualities and education at university level.
Be able to order and look after the manufacturing process of the fabric and garments.
Be able to travell and stay for a few weeks to look after the manufacturing processes.
Be able to communicate in English,Urdu,Hindi and Punjabi.
