hela Sverige Are you an experienced mechanic with team leader experiences and a big interest for new technologies? Candela is now looking for a quality-driven Testing Mechanic who will split the time between our Mechanic and Testing Team. We are open for any mechanical background, the most important is that you are detail oriented and have a strong sense of self-leadership.
You will:
Become an expert in the complete mechanic system belonging to the most advanced serial produced leisure boats today containing in-house designed components.
Pre-assembly and mounting the foil system of the boat.
Set-up and perform the final stage of the production process, commissioning and testing, for all vessels that are close to completion.
Commissioning entails the system start-up, software validation and calibration.
Be the project manager for all issues found during the commission and testing stages and ensure they are resolved effectively.
Ensure that all vessels meet the quality criteria before being handed over to Logistics.
Review blueprints (electric schematics and CAD-drawings) and instructions.
Review and update work instructions for the electrical and mechanical team.
Document your work according to company guidelines.
Document tests, results, follow standard procedures for testing.
Drive continuous improvement activities in quality, cycle times, cost reduction and process improvement.
Follow all safety protocols within the workshop and out at sea.
To be successful in the role you probably:
You have experience and knowledge in working with a wide range of mechanic system.
You have a strong interest and understanding for mechanic systems.
Experience of working with CAN Buss NMEA 2000 or similar system.
Have a strong attention to detail and high internal quality standards.
Have experience in working with troubleshooting electrical system.
Have team lead experiences.
