hela Sverige For our customer we are looking for a Test Engineer within Connectivity. Please go through the JD and let us know if it fits in your expertise and experience.
Job description:
As a connectivity test engineer you are responsible for the verification for the Infotainment system our customer uses. Working closely together with our customer?s Infotainment design team. You will also have the responsibility to educate resources in China regarding how verification is to be done and develop test methods in the connected system areas.
Responsibilities and tasks:
• Do verification of Connected System (Apps), Connectivity Subsystem (IT security, Certificates and Vehicle Connectivity and Telematics Subsystem (functional level) in the infotainment system.
• Develop test methods in the in these areas.
• Educate colleges in China in Infotainment testing in these areas.
• You will be reporting to the Infotainment test leader and be a part of the infotainment test team in Sweden.
Required skills:
• B.Sc. Electrical or Computer Engineering or similar.
• 10 years? experience of automotive & infotainment embedded systems development
• Relevant experience of the infotainment area Connected System, Connectivity and Telematics.
• Vast experience of automotive test in vehicles.
• Ability to drive, motivate and convince.
• Cultural awareness, China ? European culture
• Experience of working in the telecommunication is an advantage.
Additional:
• Travels to Asia will be needed (approx. 4-5 per year).
• Each individual in the team has a high level of responsibility and mandate, and is expected to be able to work autonomously.
