Coordinate UAT for CRs/Incidents as part of Maintenance Release scope.
Coordinate UAT for Incidents prior to the Change Advisory Board approval (as required).
Follow up system test status with vendor maintenance test lead; Maintenance Enhancements and Incidents.
Reporting status to Change Manager/Release Coordinator and other stakeholders.
Coordinate system integration tests required for Maintenance Release together with teams responsible for other internal systems.
Working with continuous improvements of way of working and service delivery.
Prioritize, plan and coordinate activities of the IT Site Operations Testers.
Coordinate test activities for tool/software updates and patches (Citrix, FireFox etc.).
Support Project Test Team with:
• Review of Test Plan for Regression Testing.
• Support the Retrofit process, ensuring that Accenture's Tests cover all changes from Maintenance Releases.
• Test support during Project UAT and participate in all Defect walkthroughs to enable ownership post-deployment.

Knowledge and experience of ITSM-systems (such as Service Now, Remedy, ...) is appreciated, but not required
Knowledge and experience of SAP is required
ISQTB Certified
