To be successful as a Test Specialist within Performance test we believe that you have previous experience with performance test or software development with an interest of performance test. Benefit is if you have experience in software testing in a fast-paced environment including a demonstrable software engineering experience.
You have demonstrable experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up, proven analytical skills and experience making decisions based on hard and soft data.
We believe you have strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders and also strong team working and collaboration skills. Furthermore, we also see that you have knowledge and experience working with various technology platforms.

You have knowledge in following areas:
• Knowledge or interest within performance test
• Knowledge of programming languages and techniques
• Knowledge of methodologies for continuous improvement and how to apply them

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Test Specialist within Performance test, you will be a part of a team experienced performance test specialist. The team brings performance test expertise to our consumers to improve quality and testing in deliveries also work with the performance test tools to support our consumers using them.
The team:
• Deliver performance test assignments to projects or development teams
• Provide test tool expertise to consumers, work for self-enablement and support development teams with performance test tools and best practice
• Support the testing area with performance test and tools competence.
• Be a part of continuous improvement of the performance test area
ABOUT THIS WORK AREA

We drive the development, provision and operation of our digital products and services through the use of new and existing technology and agile delivery methods to deliver at pace. At the same time, we provide a home for digital skills to both develop and extend the technical, people and business skills needed to ensure continuous development and growth of our digital capability.
In this role you will report to the Team Manager for Technical Test Services.
This role is located in Helsingborg or Älmhult.
