You will join the development department as a Test Manager to support our development teams, consisting of a collection of coding wizards and QA pros ranging from 23 to 48 years young. The teams are also supported by functional and technical product owners, automation crazy devops and once in a while haunted by our service manager. All to provide our customers an outstanding service. Our architect steers our high level architectural direction and leaves a great level of freedom, responsibility and involvement to you and your team, making work technically challenging and fun for all!
Your tasks will among other things consist of test lead for our planned releases and lead the continuous improvement of our testing methodologies. An important task will be to measure, evaluate and identify actions to refine our working processes and products.
And, in case you were wondering about the truly important matters. Yes, the coffee is free and we have 18 PokéStops outside our office.
