Job description:
Integration Center is a sub-department of Information Solutions which is a part of Corporate IT. Information Solutions is responsible for the strategic planning, development and maintenance of Application To Application as well as Business To Business processes implemented as part of the Integration Platform.
Our goal is to take into account the company's business drivers and participate in the realization of how IT technology can support the company going forward.
Testing will be both of internal nature such as application to application as well as external including partner, i.e. customers, suppliers, factories and so on.
Description:
The Test Manager is an expert in planning and managing integration tests. He/she will be highly involved in responsibilities that include:
• Have the overall responsibility for test planning, test quality and execution
• Provide technical direction
• Coordinate test resources
• Manage reporting
• Communicating with Project Manager and other stakeholders in the project
• Generating test plans
• Report findings
• Analyse and assign errors found during the test phase
• Evaluate effectiveness of test effort
• Interacting with internal and external partners
Competence
• Bachelors degree in for example Computer Science or likewise
• Minimum of five years experience as a Test Manager
• Minimum of three years experience within System Integration
• Knowledge about some of the IBM WebSphere Integration tools:
• Message Broker, Message Queue, Transformation Extender, Partner Gateway, Datapower, Cast Iron, Sterling
Knowledge and experience in test tools that the company uses is a bonus:
• Baseline Testline
• HP Quality Center
• Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills
• Previously work experience from telecom
• Fluency in both verbal and written English
To be the perfect candidate you also need good communication, problem solving and cross-group collaboration skills. You need to understand strategies, capabilities and processes and you have a detail orientation but also the ability to see the big picture.
The role is global and encompasses stakeholders from all parts of the business so a positive and proactive attitude and ability to work in a global organization with different nationalities, cultures, background and skills is vital.
Team members are located in Sweden, China, Japan and India so any work experience from these cultures is valuable.

Duration: 30.09.2014
Location: Lund and some international travel.
Required languages: Swedish & English
