About the role
In this role you will lead testing efforts and drive requirement-related work for product implementations within our Service System (Service Hub). You will act as the central point of contact between product development R&D, ensuring clarity in requirements, alignment in delivery, and structured follow-up throughout the development cycle. Your work includes improving processes, managing environments and permissions, and supporting the organization with a strong technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead testing of product implementations in the Service Hub platform
Gather, analyse, and break down requirements into actionable deliverables
Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for product categories, coordinating requirements, delivery, and follow-up
Drive continuous improvements in processes and ways of working
Administer access rights, environments, and licenses

Your profile
3+ years of experience in software testing
Solid technical understanding, including code and embedded systems
Hands-on experience with Jira, GitHub, and Confluence.
Fluent in Swedish and English

As a person you have strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Location
Our R&D offices are in Huskvarna, Sweden and Mumbai, India. This position is primarily based in Huskvarna, with the option to work partly remote.
