Getinge Group is in an exciting and intensive period of change and we are now strengthening our Nordic Sales organization with a talented Tender Specialist. The position offers you a unique opportunity to manage the bid requests of the public healthcare market and to optimize the tender process. You will become a key player in this area and interface with a wide variety of stakeholders, both inside and outside the organization.

The position
In this position you will be overall responsible for Public Tenders and Market analysis within Surgical Workflows in Sweden. Your key stakeholders and interfaces will be Country Sales Managers, Service Managers, Account Managers and Back-office organization.

Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:

• Administer the complete tender and bids process, from the start to submitted tender.
• Gather information from internal departments and suppliers.
• Compile the technical, legal and commercial information necessary to submit the tender.
• Prepare optimal competitive price calculations for profitability before pricing discussions for bids.
• Updating price lists and quotation tools.
• Correct financial pricing of tenders together with Sales Manager.
• Manage and ensure proper loading and updating of agreement base into the CRM system.
• Administrate the CRM system, SalesForce.

The position is preferably based at our site in Getinge outside Halmstad (but for the right candidate other major Getinge sites may be considered). Limited travel is required in this role and estimated to 5 % on an annual basis.

The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have a couple of years of experience working with tender and bid processes today, preferably within the healthcare sector or similar industry.

Some of your key characteristics include:
• Experience from tender and/or sales processes towards the public sector.
• Knowledge of the healthcare market and experience in MedTech is an advantage.
• Good knowledge in the law of procurement in Sweden (LoU) is necessary.
Good IT-skills, including very good experience using Excel.
• Academic degree in Economics, Business Administration or Marketing is favorable, but not required. Relevant experience can be equated with university degree.
• Good communicator orally and in writing, both in Swedish and in English. Knowledge in other Nordic languages is an advantage.

As a person you are a driven and open-minded team-player who drives results and takes responsibility. You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Being able to communicate efficiently and interact with different people, within the organization as well as externally, is important in order to succeed in the role. You have an analytical mindset, a good sense of accountability and an excellent ability to structure your work. Being used to working in a changing environment is another key success-factor.
