This role is crucial for maintaining a seamless supply chain and ensuring high parts availability in the Dynapac Distribution Center (DDC). The main responsibility is the planning and procurement of the assigned materials in line to customers satisfaction.
You will work closely with our Suppliers as well as with the Teams of Customer Care, Warehouse and Global Aftermarket Sourcing. This position reports to the Operations Manager DDC.
Job description
Material Planning for assigned materials via Dynapac Inventory Management (DIM)
Carry out the full Purchase Order handling process
Proactive tracking of critical components
Hunting of backorders and implementation of corrective actions for future deliveries
Optimize inbound deliveries and logistic concepts in cooperation with suppliers and warehouse
Stock level management and obsolescence activities
Experience requirements & Knowledge
Relevant post-secondary education
Experience in similar functions
Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Warehousing processes
Good command of English in oral and writing is a must
Good skills in SAP and MS Office
