Presentation
For our customer in Esklistuna we are now looking for a price/order/logistics coordinator.
The assignment is expected to start in the beginning of February and last until the end of December 2013

Judge and administrate warranty claims. Preform basic technical training.
The roll includes tasks such as:
• Provide technical support on products and parts to dealers
• Support dealer competence development by basic technical product training
• Manually review and judge warranty claims
• Administrate warranty claims
• Financial follow up of warranty costs, KPI reporting
• Develop and maintain regional feedback process to company for technical issues
• Drive the development of regional processes for the company brand within the areas of product support and warranty
• Work in close cooperation with the rest of the company support team
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We want you to be a team player and to have a good business mind-set. You are service minded and a creative problem solver. You are driven and solution orientated. You have a good analytical and administrative ability. We also want you to have an interest/ understanding for diversity.
It is a plus if you have prior experience from working with claim handling and it is also a plus if you have experience in technical training and/or technical product support.
Furthermore you have great communication skills in English both written and spoken. It will be considered as an advantage if you speak and/or write Chinese.
