On behalf of Northvolt Just Arrived is searching for the best technical candidate sourcer. You will be working closely with recruiting managers and colleagues in the HR-team. Using proactive recruiting techniques you will provide a pipeline for current and future needs, drive employer branding both on short an long term, and cultivate the Northvolt values.

As an outstanding Talent Acquisitioner your overall responsibility is to provide a qualified pipeline of needed resources by identifying, attracting, qualifying and engaging skilled candidates. With an eye for details, the patience and curiosity of a detective and endurance to follow projects through to the end, will all enable your success. You are determined and self-driven, with a personality that makes it easy to develop fruitful relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. It is expected that you will contribute to develop and constantly improve the hiring process. The job is at 50% to start with.

This is a consultancy assignment via Just Arrived, which means that you will be employed by Just Arrived and work as a consultant at Northvolt.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
• Direct and indirect sourcing identifying and creating a pipeline of candidates
• Proactive sourcing (internet research, social networking, cold calling, networking IRL at events etc)
• Secure and drive employer branding nationally and internationally
• Cultivate a talent community of heavy, technical and leadership profiles both from national and international
• Assure recruitments align with predefined requirements and "culture fit"
• Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting and sourcing techniques
• Identify and reach out to passive candidates to build a pipeline of candidates based on the upcoming needs of the business
• Build and maintain candidate bank by using an ATS (Jobylon)
• Write job postings that attract the right target groups

Kvalifikationer
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources or Business Administration (or similar disciplines)
• Minimum of 2 years of direct sourcing experience
• Experience from a high volume, hard-to-fill environment, in a technology-based organisation is preferred
• Experience from creating and executing a recruiting strategy and desire to build both structure and team from scratch
• High levels of proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
• Great communication skills and demonstrated team player as you will be in constant interaction with candidates and team member
• Excellent English written and oral skills
• Great service mind and a holistic perspective combined with a determined grit and mind set of "rolling up the sleeves" to execute detailed and repetetive tasks.
