Do you want to be part of our journey?Your position at CambioAs a Technical Recruiter at Cambio, you will be part of our People Success team in Stockholm and you will report directly to our Head of People Success. We will give you the best tools to grow and we offer you great developing opportunities, depending on what suits you.In this role, you will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities, but your focus will be on the whole recruitment process for highly technical, specialized and often hard-to-fill roles.In your role as Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for gaining an understanding of the technical requirements of the role so that you can post compelling adverts, as well as position Cambio to the market in a professional and appealing way. Using your own network and other sources, you will perform searches for suitable candidates, engage them into a conversation and conduct initial interviews before presenting candidates to the hiring manager.Partnering with the hiring community, you will act as a sounding board on all recruitment related matters, coordinating interviews, distributing personality and/or aptitude tests, collecting feedback from candidates and interviewers and performing reference checks and most important, ensure we provide a nice and professional candidate experience for all potential candidates. You will also participate in recruitment and employer branding events.Our ExpectationsWe are looking for a person who has at least two years' experience as a technical sourcer or recruiter, either from an IT company or from a recruitment agency. You are familiar with all steps described above and you see your next challenge in joining a company where you will be able to own, drive and shape the recruitment process.We believe that you have experience working with CV databases and internet search tools. We also think that you have worked in a Talent Acquisition System (we're implementing TeamTailor shortly).If you have experience from driving Social Media campaigns and organizing event hiring such as industry conferences, Meet-Up group hiring or other unique methods that is a plus.To succeed and thrive in this role, you are a person who is used to taking responsibility for your own tasks, likes to take an advisory role and is driven by creating results. You also need to have an inner drive and a bit of patience.As a person, you are a relationship builder, with candidates and hiring managers alike. You like to think outside the box and are not unfamiliar with using less known methods to attract and get the attention of highly sought after candidates.
