Our mission
Diet Doctor was founded by Andreas Eenfeldt (M.D.) in 2007, with the long-term goal of empowering people everywhere to dramatically improve their health. More than one billion people suffer from health issues related to type 2 diabetes and obesity, for which they're often personally blamed and rarely given the support they deserve. We aim to change that.
We're fully funded by our members, so we don't need to show any ads, sell any products, or take any industry money. This also means that we have zero external investors, and are instead owned by the 30+ people who actually work here - and we offer all employees the possibility to buy a stake in the company regularly.

What you'll do
• Define the product strategy and manage the roadmap.
• Document detailed product requirements.
• Manage ideas from concept, to design, proof of concept, testing, forecast, cost, global rollout, support and finally product end of life.
• Develop, iterate and take ownership of all product needs, workflow improvements and site issues.
• Lead cross functional teams (customers, engineers, designers) to deliver on the product mission.
• Define metrics to measure the health and success of products. Track progress towards these metrics.

Who you are
• 4+ years of experience with product management
• Strong track record of understanding user needs.
• You understand technology and how to work with engineers to build things (meaning that you a background from building tech, or you have successfully built great digital products in the past).
• Flexible and use to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• You are very driven and ambitious.
• You want to empower a billion people and are crazy enough to think you can.
• You have strong product-leading experience from impressive startups and fast-growing companies.
• You love building products that are truly great. You care about building simple and beautiful user experiences, and create stunning digital products users love.
