Purpose, Offer and Benefits
This position will commence as a consultancy assignment with the potential to transition into a direct employment with Autoliv. Throughout the consultancy period, you will be employed by TNG Tech.

Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Lead, you will guide the development of an innovative concept in electronics and mechatronics, playing a central role in the core team of specialists. Your involvement during the initial building phase requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Within the core team, your responsibilities encompass both leadership and active contribution to the development of innovative solutions. Collaborating with a skilled group of engineers and professionals, your technical expertise will play a key role in creating breakthrough solutions with a specific focus on electronics and mechatronics content. In your role you will have substantial influence over the development process, and your contributions, insights, and ideas will be critical to the success of our project.

Our Expectations
To qualify for the position you need to have:
* University degree in engineering
* 8-10 years ' working experience in vehicle control within the transport sector
* Documented expertise in control engineering
* Documented expertise in software development
* Documented expertise in mechatronic systems related to chassis
* Fluent in English, verbal and written. Swedish is not a requirement.
The role requires both hardware and software proficiency, as well as deep understanding of how to integrate electronic systems. A background in steering and car chassis is preferred and a deep understanding of the automotive domain.
