hela Sverige Westermo Data Communications AB (SivuliikeSuomessa) has an open position for a highly motivated person for technical and sales support for the Finnish and Swedish market who is fluent in Finnish, Swedish, and English. The position is primarily located to our office in Klaukkala north of Helsinki with frequent travel to customers in Finland and Sweden.
Description of Westermo Westermo Group is a leading supplier of Industrial Data Communications equipment to the world market. Sales are conducted through our offices in key markets in Europe, North America and Asia, as well as through distributors and OEM customers worldwide. Development and manufacturing takes place in Sweden. Westermo was founded in 1975 and has a turnover in excess of 400 MSEK.

Westermo Data Communications AB is responsible for sales and customer support in the Swedish and Finnish market. The company consists of four sales representatives, two engineers in technical support and an administrator for orders and market communications as well as a director of the company.
As a Technical Customer and Sales Support you will
• Daily response to incoming technical queries from clients by phone and email
• Create and drive sales to new customers and broaden and expand business with existing customers through cooperation with responsible sales representative regarding technical solutions
• Perform technical tasks at customer sites such as training, installation, upgrading and troubleshooting
• Participate in customer events such as fairs, seminars and client meetings
• Pursue issues relating to product customization, bug fixing and future product development
• Provide documentation, demonstrators and other materials to facilitate sales and the use of the products
Other works tasks
• Work towards achieving goals and key figures as set by the management
• Increase customer satisfaction, expand and enhance customer relationships
• Regular reporting to the company management and by use of its tools (Zendesk / IFS / CRM )
• Actively contribute to implementing improvements internally
• Cooperate in order to staff the support function
The role includes traveling about 60 days per year of which around 30 is with overnight stay
Education Level Engineer with a degree from a university / college of industrial automation and data communication
Experience and knowledge requirements
• At least 3-5 years experience in technical work automation
• IT/data communications with good technical knowledge
• Experience in configuring / commissioning and troubleshooting
• Experience in customer support
Meritorious experience

• Experience in working for or with any of the Westermo's key customers:ABB, Valmet, Xylem, Fortum, Atlas Copco, Bombardier
