Summary

Ericsson's Digital Transformation Unit is seeking a world-class Digital Transformation consultant and manager to help expand its Global Digital Transformation unit. Digital Transformation & IT is a newly formed unit within Group Function Technology & Emerging Business, with the aim to drive our digital strategy, vision and to ensure cross-functional execution. Automation & AI is a key theme of Ericsson Digital Transformation and competence is now consolidated to drive business transformation through automation, and to ensure a secure and scalable development, deployment and continued operations.

Successful candidates should demonstrate prior experience in leading and managing transformation engagements, exception analytical, interpersonal and creative thinking capabilities. They will demonstrate thought leadership in solving internal/external customer's key challenges and pain points across verticals.
In addition, the successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, enterprising and personable, possessing gravitas and exceptional leadership qualities that allow s/he to be assume a critical role in the organization with an ability to scale over time as dictated by business requirements.


Responsibiities

Candidate will function as a Program Manager and:
• Conducting customer and product discovery to understand customer/user needs.
• Providing direction and support to service owners.
• Leading multi-disciplinary agile teams, including external partners, in the delivery of new digital services or the iteration of existing one in addition to analyzing and prioritizing work streams
• Developing full business cases and budgeting in order to ensure more effective services and deliver cost savings.
• Lead / Manage day to day progression of critical path activities via project planning & execution
• Evaluate / Manage inter / intra workstream dependencies
• Effectively manage program level risks and issues
• Support creating the AI/Automation strategic roadmap, and obtain the support required to implement it
• Lead E/// and Customer teams to deliver consistently high-quality outputs
• Candidate will be responsible for the successful implementation and sustainment of the AI/Automation Programs. S/he will lead the cross-functional team that is responsible for the agreed-upon business outcomes..
• Candidate will own the AI/Automation delivery methodology and leads work streams to identify, evaluate and prioritize opportunities to implement enhancements.
• Candidate will leverage her/her experiences to grow the pipeline by driving work streams to identify new process automations, assessing existing process automations for improvement, and prioritize for delivery based upon agreed-upon prioritization criteria while ensuring alignment with the client's strategy. Candidate will provide thought leadership on emerging trends in Program & Project management & AI/Automation and assess the potential impact on the customer's strategy.

Qualifications

• Superior Change management/transformation competence
• Deep level of understanding in one or more Automation & AI technologies
• Recognized or developing thought leader in automation
• Broad understanding / knowledge in how Automation & AI technologies can be used to transform businesses
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong team management skills
• Strong ability to present with confidence in front of an audience
• Master degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• Management consulting or strategy & execution line management background
