NASDAQ OMX is looking for a Technical Account Manager within the Nordic Markets Team in Stockholm. The Team is responsible for giving internal support to NASDAQ OMX Transaction Services Nordics on our Genium INET trading and clearing systems.
Work tasks

You will have the overall responsibility for the support according to our internal support agreement. By building and maintaining strong client relationships you will provide day-to-day client advice and support, in order to achieve high customer satisfaction. You will be the primary contact regarding technical issues and when issues needs to be resolved you will coordinate internally with developers and testers, and deliver software support projects as agreed with client.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with 8-10 years of experience from a similar role, providing customer support on a complex and advanced software system. If you have experience from financial and/or commodity markets and knowledge of Genium INET it will be highly meriting. You probably have a university degree in Engineering or equivalent to back up your experience. You have excellent language skills in written and spoken English.

To suit this position you have highly developed social competence and strong communication skills. You must be service minded and quality focused. We anticipate that you are persistent in solving complex problems and have an analytical and result-oriented approach.
