About the job
As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) you will be a part of our Service Provider technical team that is located in Sweden (Malmö/Stockholm) where you would be based. You will be responsible for our existing Service Provider accounts, and actively contribute to making our Service Providers as self-sufficient as possible.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Be the Service Providers first point of contact via phone/email
• 3rd line technical support for troubleshooting
• Uphold operational forums with your Service Provider
• Owner of your Service Providers feature/change requests
• Conduct train the trainer sessions and products demos

As we work with Service Providers both nationally and internationally, English to a high to native standard is required.

About you
You have an excellent ability to build trust and new relationships, as well as building long-term relationships. You are comfortable in technical discussions concerning the solution and you are eager to understand technical issues. You have a good technical understanding of telecoms including SIP trunks and routing that you can apply to managing these accounts.

You easily understand the business, and how value is created for both parts as well as the customer, and proactively analyzes the partner portfolio to find improvements. Your high energy and insatiable curiosity, combined with your business acumen will make you successful in this position.
