Job Description

We are looking for a value-driven Leader to take on the role of Team Responsible for the NCG Development - Commercial Activation and Packaging.
The Group Expansion function is here to support adding Meaningful Growth. In partnership with our brands and markets, we are responsible for all aspects of creating and maintaining our Group's Real Estate Portfolio. We lease, design, develop, draw, buy, build and maintain each store and non-commercial real estate and constantly follow up on the existing portfolio to ensure high profitability. NCG Development and Procurement Department support our brands with Development and Procurement capabilities within Non-Commercial Goods. We contribute to developing and procuring our brand's concepts from a design, quality, sustainability, and cost perspective, always aligning with the brand DNA. We are a creative and ambitious group of people.
Within NCG Department, we work with a wide group of Stakeholders connected to Brand Development, Portfolio Brands Growth, Marketing teams, and Global Supply Chain.
This backbone team has a broad responsibility covering the Commercial Activation and Packaging Categories. The scope includes, but is not limited to, Windows campaign materials, Display forms, and Retail and E-com packaging. The team consist of one R&D and a group of Product Developers that work category based on tight collaboration within x-functional projects and our different stakeholders within the Group. The team's contribution has a strategic focus supporting stores sales, profitability and Climate & circular group targets.
In the role of Team Responsible, you will, together with the team and other collaboration partners, be responsible for setting and leading the product development strategy and pipeline, being responsible for the execution of all projects related to our Growth Playbook, Brand Plans, Climate & Circularity Leaps. You work in close collaboration with different roles within NCG Department as well as with multiple other roles across different parts of Group Growth, Brands, Regions and the H&M Group.

Responsibility for your business area including setting goals, priorities and ensuring results for the department are achieved
Play a key role in setting up our processes, routines and contribute to NCG category strategies
Enable and follow up on project execution
Manage and follow up on costs and budgets

To succeed in this position, we believe you also have:
Academic background and approximately 5-10 years of work experience and proven leadership skills
Experience from working within Product Design, Development and/or Engineering
Experience of working and navigating in a complex organization and environment with many different collaboration partners and stakeholders
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment ensuring good communication
A natural ability to see the bigger picture, implement strategies and guide others
Experience prioritizing and setting activities to secure business results
Understanding of our end customer and retail in general
A proven track record of creating clarity and structure in an ever-changing environment in a fast-moving organization
Good creative thinking and analytical skills, as well as a positive mindset
