Our team is looking for a team leader to coach and coordinate our workshop and field assignments. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing workshop and field service activities within the Motion Service business unit at ABB in Mölndal. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will play a crucial role in the business.
Your responsibilities
Plan and coordinate resources to maximize personnel utilization and ensure quality work.
Secure availability of spare parts for smooth operational processes.
Coordinate transportation of objects related to workshop and customer assignments.
Plan and secure relationships with suppliers and partners.
Receive ordered materials and services, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Maintain a close dialogue with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in processes and workflows.
Support a fast and efficient billing flow.
Foster team development through leadership and support.
Plan and ensure the maintenance of our own equipment.
Your background
Technical education or equivalent work experience.
Willingness to learn and develop both yourself, your team, and the way of working.
You are organized and structured with a high customer focus.
It is meriting if you have experience from electric motors and generators, production experience or have worked as a service technician, but it is not a must.
Experience in a leading or coaching position is meriting.
You have an agile and open mindset.
You're fluent in Swedish and English.
