Work as a Team leader under the Northern lights this winter

Aurora Camp Kurravaara, a unique destination for Northern Lights experiences and wilderness adventures, is looking for a dedicated and motivated Team Leader to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in outdoor environments, have leadership experience, and are passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences, this role is for you.
About us
Kiruna Guidetur is one of the most established tour operators in Swedish Lapland, with over 30 years of experience in delivering authentic Arctic adventures. Based in Kiruna, the company specializes in small-group, personalized experiences that connect visitors with the wild beauty and culture of the North. Year-round, we offer a wide range of activities including snowmobile safaris, dog sledding, Northern Lights tours, hiking, canoeing, and traditional cultural experiences.
A key part of the Kiruna Guidetur offering is Aurora Camp Kurravaara-a rustic and charming riverside retreat located just 12 km from Kiruna, along the scenic Torne River. Surrounded by deep forest and far from city lights, the camp is an ideal base for witnessing the Northern Lights or experiencing the Midnight Sun. Guests can stay in cozy wilderness cabins, tree tents, glass huts, or fully equipped cottages, all designed to immerse them in the serene Lapland landscape.
The camp is not just a place to sleep-it's a gateway to adventure. Activities like snowshoeing, sleeping in igloos and guided Northern light tours start right from the doorstep.
Together, Kiruna Guidetur and Aurora Camp Kurravaara provide a seamless and unforgettable Arctic experience, combining expert guiding, warm hospitality, and deep respect for the nature and culture of Swedish Lapland.
