LensWayGroup is seeking for an experienced and driven Java developer to a team leading role.

In the role as Java developer with team leading responsibilities you become part of LensWayGroup's great IT team and the new group BDX (Business and development experience). The BDX team are focus on Lensway 's backoffice functions and will develop applications for backoffice but also our e-commerce web. We follow an Agile methodology where you as a developer solve a wide variety of challenging and fun assignments.
You are responsible for the agil-processes, sprint planning, stand-ups etc. You will be the contact person for the BDX team towards the business, suppliers and managements. You will coach your team in working together and building the team culture. As a Java developer you work together with your team produce excellent code!
Your background
We are looking for a Java developer who wants to comine the developer role with a exciting team lead role. You have:
• at least five years development experience from Java JS2E and/or J2EE/Spring
• experience in Agile methodologies e.g. Scrum / Kanban
• experience of leading teams or having worked as a Scrum master or similar possition
• experience in micro-service architecture
• experience in design patterns and knowledge how to create maintainable, readable, modular and efficient code
• fluent in writen and spoken English (Swedish is a plus)
