Team Captain for Order Adminstration
10 month contract with international FMCG Company
Our client is one of the world's largest multinational consumer goods company andFortune's 6th Most Admired Company.
They serve approximately 4.8 billion people around the world with its brands. The Company has one of the strongest portfolios of trusted, quality, leadership brands and have an opening for an experienced Order Administrator to lead, coach and improve the order flow processes.
The core responsibilities include;
• Acting as first point of contact for the order management team when issues arise with the orders in SAP
• Responsible to ensure that the daily cycle and order release to the warehouse is on time and act on all order product/qty change requests from the market planning department.
• Support the function with various reports/data analyses taken out of SAP and BW
• Testing of SAP for change implementation and upgrades.
• Identify and make simplifications and improvements for order management
• Represent order management when needed in various internal projects
• Represent order management in the daily direction setting meetings
Skills Profile
SAP experience
Experience in Order Management & improvement implementation
Fluent in English
Personal attributes
Handle stress in a calm and constructive manner
Prioritize according to best business outcomes
Coach and support team towards operational improvements & effectiveness
Be recognized as the bridge between ‘operations’ and technical issues.
