Are you a communicative and structured person with a big interest of Recruiting within Tech? Then we might have a match! We are now looking for a Sourcing Specialist to further strengthen our Talent Acquisition Team in our office in Stockholm.
The position
The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for all recruitment activities within Viaplay Group. We are a growing team of Recruiters, People Experience Specialists and soon a Sourcing Specialist with a mission to ensure that we grow in a successful way with the right talent. As an internal partner in talent acquisition, our aim is to provide the best and most efficient recruitment process while ensuring a world class candidate experience. We are here to support, advise and educate our business, coach and challenge when needed, to ensure an equal, including and unbiased recruitment process.
As we are growing, the Talent Acquisition team are key contributors in our expansion journey, and your day-to-day work will be essential and have a direct impact on the growth of our organization. Your focus will be on delivering on our recruitment goals by ensuring a continuous flow of candidates for our recruitment processes within tech, and at the same time deliver the best candidate experience throughout the entire sourcing and pipelining process. You are going to produce insightful talent market reports, conduct initial phone interviews and other recruitment activities.
You will have a close collaboration with our Tech Recruiters and hiring managers, always being able to ask a question or get a different perspective on your work when needed.
We have our entire technical organization here in Stockholm, consisting of approximately 300 people, and we build almost everything in-house! We work with innovative technologies and have an attractive offer to technical candidates. The team is continuously growing given the launch of Viaplay in new markets. As we scale, we are looking for committed, skilled and specialized engineering talent to solve interesting problems and capture new opportunities.
What we are looking for
We are looking for someone with the ability to attract and build relations with interesting candidates - both short and long term. You enjoy communicating and represent the company in the best way possible. As we are constantly evolving and we embrace the journey we are on, an open mindset and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments is important.
Ideal candidates also meet the following qualifications:
• Several years of experience working with Linkedin Recruiter and similar tools.
• A collaborative team-member with a positive can-do attitude.
• Have great verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A natural problem-solver that thrive in exploring new ways of working.
Bonus requirements:
• Have experience of work in an expanding organization.
