Avalanche Studios Group is expanding and to support growth and reaching our potential we look to welcome a Talent Acquisition specialist to help recruit great people. About the role
Drive the acquisition of game development, services, and business supporting roles - representing Avalanche Studios Group's brand and culture throughout the recruitment process, and in Employer Branding such as recruitment-specific social media, and events.
The role implies sourcing for candidates locally and internationally - communicating with internal game development stakeholders, booking and conducting video screenings and interviews, being the first contact of candidates, and ensuring an efficient process - giving first insight into Avalanche Studios Group and who we are.

Who are you?
• Curious, creative and like to take initiative.
• Communicative and energetic, and comfortable being a brand ambassador
• Analytical and pragmatic
• Multi-tasking team-player with ability to drive tasks through to completion
• You have a strong inner drive, sense of ownership and a proactive/service minded focus
• Experienced sourcing candidates within tech, design, art
• 2+ years of experience of recruitment/ talent sourcing, tech recruitment is a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication
• General interest in games, film, writing, art and anything creative!
It is a bonus if you have experience from working in the gaming industry and helps if you are a fun person to work with that can take on challenges and difficulties with a smile. You are not afraid to get your "hands dirty" and work with a wide range of tasks in the field of recruitment.
