We are looking to hire two Talent Acquisition Specialists to reinforce the Nordic Talent Acquisition Team. He/she will lead the recruitment and selection process as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver capable candidates in a timely fashion, whilst maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.
One position is a bit more senior and for the other position, we are opening for a more junior profile.
Location is Gothenburg and you will report to Talent Acquisition Manager Nordics.

Main Tasks
Contribute to the development of full life-cycle recruitment strategies to source, evaluate, and select qualified talent via advertising, research, networking and social media
Keep the ATS up to date with candidate pipeline
Partners with the HR team and hiring managers to drive the recruitment process
Builds effective relationships with the business in order to influence business leaders to proactively address todays and future recruitment challenges
Screens and presents viable resumes and/or qualified candidates to hiring managers
Runs face-to-face interviews with identified candidates and debrief hiring manager accordingly
Conduct search and head hunting via different sourcing channels
Build effective relationships with candidates (building a talent pipeline)
Work with Employer Attractiveness tasks
Key Competencies
Senior role:
5-10 years related professional experience as an in-house or agency recruiter
HR Degree from University
Experience managing, internal and external client relationships in a complex environment required
Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish is a must
Matrix or multinational work experience - an advantage
Strong ability to multitask and work in a high-volume recruitment environment
Strong influencing and communication skills are required
Experience from active headhunting on different sourcing channels is a must
Experience from working with EA tasks is a plus
Junior role:
2-3 years related professional experience as a recruiter or a researcher
HR Degree from University
Fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish is a must
A willing and a drive to learn the profession
