About the job
In this position, you're responsible for tactical purchasing within the fields of Facility Management (FM) and Maintenance Repair and Operations (MRO). You support implementation of our strategies and sourcing plans to make sure we have the materials we need, at the right price and the right time. You execute spot-buy purchases and perform cost analyses and benchmarks for individual cases. This is partly done by establishing an optimized and well-grounded supplier base, and you continually explore new possible suppliers and evaluate the performance of our current ones.
In your daily work, you manage RFIs and RFQs, as well as negotiate and close deals, contracts and agreements. An important part of your job is of course to actively collaborate with your internal stakeholders within FM and MRO to understand their needs. You also create excellent relationships with external suppliers, and you're always on the lookout for innovations and improvements that could develop our processes and ensure a higher performance. On top of this, you make sure that we perform our tactical sourcing activities in alignment with both internal and external frameworks and guidelines.
About you
We believe that you have a relevant degree - most likely within Economics, Supply Chain or Engineering - but more important is a couple of years' working experience from comparable roles within purchasing or supplier management. You're a skilled negotiator, who works both detailed and efficient to close deals, evaluate suppliers and find improvements, and you easily manage our many stakeholders. You're also an excellent user of the applications within Office 365, and knowledge of SAP or eGos is a plus. Since we're a global business with local presence, you need good communication skills in both English and Swedish.
As a person, you're analytical, involved and driven - you like a busy schedule and handle your everyday assignments with flexibility and a business-oriented mind. Collaboration, knowledge sharing and supporting your team are important to you, and you establish open and trusting relations by using your social and communicative abilities. You truly enjoy taking part in new initiatives and development projects, and you're also a finalizer who keeps focused until you reach results.
